1. Who sells

The seller is Ivan Romanovich Lvov, tax ID (INN) 440124274000. Website: anixit.su, contact email: anixit.help@gmail.com.

We sell in-game features on the ANIXIT servers: ranks, case keys, a custom prefix and join message, unbans and unmutes, anixes. What each item includes is listed in the catalogue. You are paying for a service, not making a donation.

2. Placing an order

No account is needed: enter your in-game name and an email. The receipt goes to that email, and we use it to find your order if anything goes wrong. Check the name before paying: the item goes to exactly that account.

The item, duration and price are fixed when the order is created. The Russian site shows prices in roubles. The English site shows a price in US dollars for convenience, but you are charged the rouble amount stated in the order.

You have 25 minutes to pay after placing an order; after that, place a new one. A second unban or unmute is paid as a new purchase.

3. If you are under 18

A parent places the order, or you buy with their permission. Do not pay with someone else's card without the owner's permission.

4. Payment and delivery

Payments are processed by Robokassa. Your item is delivered automatically once Robokassa confirms the payment, usually within a minute. If delivery breaks on our side, we fix it within 24 hours.

The duration of a rank or personalisation starts when it is delivered, not when you pay. Go by the order status on the site: a "payment successful" page alone does not mean the money has arrived.

If delivery of an item is temporarily broken, we stop selling it until it is fixed. A server wipe does not cancel anything you bought.

Support works around the clock and replies within 12 hours.

5. Ranks

Buy the rank you already have and the time is added on. Buy a higher rank and it starts right away, while your current one is paused and resumes when the higher one ends. Buy a lower rank and it waits in a queue and starts by itself after the current one.

6. Keys and cases

One order gives one key. It shows up in the /case menu right after payment and never expires. Keys cannot be passed to another player.

Cases are opened from /case in the lobby and on the game modes. A rank from the Donate case (rank): the rank you already have adds its time; a higher rank starts right away and your current one resumes after it; a rank lower than yours is replaced, once, by anixes at that rank's site price (for 60 days, the average of the 30-day and 90-day prices). A prefix or greeting from a case starts working immediately.

7. Custom prefix and greeting

You get your own prefix or join message for the chosen period. If you already have one, the period is extended.

Set the text in game: /greeting → «Своё» (Custom). A prefix can be up to 12 characters, a greeting up to 40. The text goes through a filter: no swearing, insults, banned topics, advertising (including more than 4 digits) or pretending to be staff. If the filter rejects it, just change the text.

8. Unban and unmute

Before you pay, the site checks that the account has an active ban or mute. An unban lifts every active ban on the account: staff, anti-cheat and IP bans. An unban is not sold if the account is banned for a violation the rules exclude from unban: spreading cheats or harmful links, a server crash attempt, publishing staff conversations, selling an account. An unmute lifts the active mute. The order counts as fulfilled only once the punishment has actually been lifted.

If the punishment expires on its own while you are paying, we can credit the order amount in anixes, without a bonus, if you want that. If you do not want anixes, the project owner decides on a money refund.

9. Anixes

Anixes are the currency of the whole ANIXIT network, 1 anix = 1 rouble. You can buy any whole amount from 29 to 1,000,000. The anixes are credited to the named player on every mode right after the payment is confirmed, even if the player is offline.

10. Wrong username

Contact support with the order number before the item is delivered. If a rank has already gone to the wrong player, we can move the remaining time. A reward from a case that has been opened cannot be moved.

11. Compensation and refunds

What we give for delayed delivery or server downtime, and how to get your money back, is described in the delivery and refund policy. We only credit anixes with your agreement.

12. Claims

Send claims to anixit.help@gmail.com with your order number. We reply within 7 days.
