Delivery and refunds

1. How to reach us

Write to anixit.help@gmail.com or to @ANIXIT_BOT, any time of day. We reply within 12 hours. Include your order number, username and what happened.

Never send us your secret order key.

2. Delayed delivery

If an item does not arrive because of a failure on our side, we deliver it within 24 hours. For the delay we add 5 days to a rank of any length, or credit 20% of the order price in anixes for a case or personalisation.

You do not have to wait the full 24 hours to get compensation. One failure is compensated once.

3. If the item cannot be delivered

We refund your money.

4. Server downtime

If a server was down through our fault, we extend your rank by each full day of downtime.

5. Unban and unmute

If the punishment expired on its own while you were paying, we can credit the order amount in anixes without a bonus, but only if you agree. Waiting for a punishment to be lifted does not earn a bonus. An unban lifts every active ban on the account, including anti-cheat and IP bans.

6. What an anix is worth

1 anix = 1 rouble. For orders shown in dollars we use the rouble amount stated in the order. If it cannot be calculated or credited, the project owner decides.

7. Money refunds

Refunds are reviewed by the project owner. You will get a decision within 10 days of your request. Money goes back the same way you paid. If you were charged twice for one order, the extra charge is refunded in money, not anixes.
