1. Who handles your data

Your data is handled by the seller named in the purchase terms. Send any question about your data to anixit.help@gmail.com: we will tell you what we keep about you and correct or delete it.

2. What we get when you buy

Your in-game name, email, the item, its price, the order number and status, your agreement to the terms, and payment and delivery details. To deliver the item, your name is linked to your game account UUID. For unbans and unmutes we check what punishment is on the account.

We never see or store your card details: you enter them only on the Robokassa page.

3. What we get in game

Your name, UUID, login data, IP addresses and Telegram link. The servers cannot run without them, and we could not protect accounts from theft and rule breakers.

4. Website logs

The web server logs IP addresses to fend off attacks and order spam. Logs are kept for up to 14 days. Rate limiting uses a hash of the address, not the address itself.

5. Who we share it with

Robokassa gets the order amount and your email, which it needs to take the payment and send the receipt. The game server gets only what it needs to deliver the item. We do not pass your data to anyone else or sell it, and we do not send marketing emails.

Never send us your secret order key.

6. How we keep it

Only people who need the data for their work can see it. Nobody can open your order just by knowing its number: the status is shown only in the browser tab where the order was placed.

Order data is kept for as long as we need it for delivery, accounting and disputes, and is then deleted. Unpaid orders and logs are not kept forever.

7. Cookies and your browser

The site has no advertising cookies, trackers or third-party analytics. Your browser only stores the language and colour theme, and the order key stays in the tab while it is open.

8. Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or ask for it to be deleted. Include your order number so we know who you are; we may ask you to confirm the order is yours.
